热处理工程师【下沙】

1.编写生产设备和生产资料说明书；Prepare specifications of production equipment and means of production; 2.监控生产设备，不断革新；Monitor production equipment and keep innovating; 3.编写热处理工艺生产手册；Prepare heat treatment process production manual; 4.解决生产过程中热处理设备的异常，及客户投诉问题答复；Solve the anomalies of heat treatment equipment in the production process, and answer customer complaints; 5.保证热处理设备安全运转;Ensure the safe operation of heat treatment equipment; 6.配合研发人员，开发新的热处理工艺；Cooperate with R&D personnel to develop new heat treatment process 7.维护和更新标准操作说明和控制计划说明；Maintain and update standard operating instructions and control plan instructions; 8.和生产及质量部门协作提高生产效率，改善产品品质，降低制造成本。Cooperate with production and quality department to improve production efficiency, improve product quality and reduce manufacturing cost. 任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历，金属材料类相关专业；Bachelor degree or above, major in metal material 2.熟悉掌握热处理工作原理，熟悉热处理工作手册的编写，热处理工艺问题的解决，有一定的英文基础沟通能力； Familiar with the working principle of heat treatment, the preparation of heat treatment manual and the solution of heat treatment process problems, with certain basic English communication ability 3.五年以上不锈钢奥氏体热处理工艺生产相关工作经验优先；More than 5 years working experience in stainless steel austenite thermal processing process is preferred 4.较好的沟通协调能力，项目管理推进能力。Good communication and coordination ability, project management and promotion ability
