1，新产品导入模具评估； New product introduction mold evaluation; 2，新产品模具设计，测试，改模，释放； New product mold design, testing, mold modification and release; 3，模具维修的管理以及模具故障分析；Management of mold maintenance and mold failure analysis; 4，模具开发计划管理；Managed mold development plan; 5，模具疑难问题的解决；Solve difficult mold problems; 6，模具保养/保养计划以及实施；Mold maintenance/maintenance plan and implementation; 7，模具持续改善；Continuous improvement of mold; 8，模具报废管理；Mold scrap management; 9，模具寿命管理； Mold life management; 10，模具变更（产品变更，工艺变更，结构变更，材料变更等）。Mold change (product change, process change, structure change, material change, etc.). 任职资格及要求： 1，能独立完成模具设计开发（冲压模具，五金压延成型模具，硫化模具，压铸模具等）；can independently complete mold design and development (stamping mold, metal calendering molding mold, vulcanization mold, die casting mold, etc.); 2，能独立完成检具的设计开发（精通公差与配合，误差的积累与分配等）；can independently complete the design and development of gage (proficient in tolerance and coordination, error accumulation and distribution, etc.); 3，能独立完成工装夹具的设计开发；can independently complete the design and development of fixture; 4，具备优秀的反求，逆向开发能力； Excellent reverse search and reverse development ability; 5，具备一定的项目管理能力，会使用分析工具进行科学分析和解决。（A3 报告，FEMA失效模式分析；SMED快速换模, 作业平衡分析，鱼骨图根本原因分析，帕累托图数据分析，等） Have a certain ability of project management, can use analytical tools for scientific analysis and solution.
